Think of 3 things that have been good in the last day or so. Think them, say them, shout them out, write them down - it's up to you!
Next - what do you want more of in your life?
and what would be happening if you had it?! Yeah - go for it. It's not a plan. It doesn't even have to be realistic. But you do have to seriously want it. Again you don't have to write it or do anything with it. Just form a picture of it in your head - as vivid as you can.
And finally ... get comfortable ... aaahhh
