Here is an audio session to support letting go of old habits. You just need 25 minutes and somewhere comfortable to sit or lie, where you won't be disturbed. Repetition will strengthen the positive effects.
Help with downloading or streaming Click on the file to play it. If your internet connection is slow, give it a minute or two to load first, then it should continue playing even if the connection drops a bit. Many phones also give an option to download it. On a computer you can click on 'Download File' (or press 'control'+click or right click for more options), save it to iTunes or a music player and then sync to your phone or tablet as necessary.
