The brain theory

Understanding and visualising the brain can really help understand how stress happens and what we can do about it.
Green = Conscious Mind
Blue = Subconscious Intellectual Mind
Red = Emotional Mind aka Fight or Flight
When we have the fight or flight system under control, other options become available again.
