I've been wondering: what else can I provide that you would find helpful, in between sessions, or without coming to see me at all?
  • Downloadable guides e.g. Positive Thinking, Public Speaking, Better Sleep
  • Self-reflection questionnaires
  • Hypnosis audios
  • A video mini-course
  • An email course or challenge e.g. 5 days to Flying
  • Lightly structured journalling space
  • A hypno chat AI
  • Something else? Or some combination of these.
