Here are three tips for some simple "self-hypnosis".
First - what's been good? Think of 3 things that have been good in the last day or so. Think them, write them down, say them out loud - it's up to you!
Next - what do you want more of in your life? Go for it. It's not a plan and it doesn't have to even make sense. You can write it, say it or just imagine it. Form a picture in your head and make it as vivid as you can.
And finally ... get comfortable ... aaahhh Any time you relax, your brain works on stuff that's good for you. When you have a few minutes, listen to the audio below. It's about 30 minutes long, but even a few minutes will be helpful and relaxing. It's also really good to go to sleep to. Just don't listen to it while driving or doing any manual tasks.
Help on how to listen to the audio Click on the file icon to play it. If your internet connection is slow, give it a minute or two to load first, then it should continue playing even if the connection drops a bit. Many phones also give an option to download it. On a computer you can click on 'Download File' (or press 'control'+click or right click for more options), save it to iTunes or a music player and then sync to your phone or tablet as necessary.
