Hypnotherapy has a long, strong and still growing track record in helping people to become free from smoking and vaping, and to remain free. The two most common bits of propaganda

There are two major bits of propaganda that keep people smoking. One is that it's addictive. It isn't. The half-life of nicotine is 45 minutes and most people can survive days and weeks without it. 

The second common misconception is that it is relaxing. Well, not one of the thousands of poisonous chemicals found in tobacco and vapes is relaxing. Nicotine is a stimulant. And poisonous chemicals are alarming for the nervous system.

The benefits of stopping are huge

With time, even the heaviest smokers can return to the body and mind of a non-smoker. Now is a good time to stop.
