Client Consent to Proceed
Thank you for choosing to work with me.
This document explains how we will work together and asks for your consent to proceed with hypnotherapy sessions. Please read it carefully.
About Hypnotherapy
Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy combines:
positive psychology
neuroscience-informed understanding of the mind
relaxation and guided hypnosis
The focus is on helping you move toward the future you want, rather than analysing the past.
Hypnosis is a natural and safe state of focused attention and relaxation. You remain aware and in control throughout.
You can read my professional codes of conduct here:
Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
