Newquay Hypnotherapy is operated by Adam Pearson as a 'sole trader' with support from other businesses acting as service providers eg an email list provider (Mailchimp), a scheduling system (Acuity), and administrative support. Adam is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration reference: ZA313595
The information we hold and where we hold it
We hold email addresses and content, phone messages and contact details, as well as hand-written client notes from hypnotherapy sessions. All data are held on a private Google drive, cloud databases (for Mailchimp and Acuity) and private devices (computers and phones).
You can view or change your details at any time, on request, or request that they are deleted, by emailing us at [email protected]
What we do with your information
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Information you give us. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number and personal details. We collect information you voluntarily provide to us e.g. by filling in forms on our website, by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or communicating during face-to=face sessions.
