Your consent, and our commitment
Thank you for agreeing to proceed with hypnotherapy. Here is a copy of what we have agreed.
As a client you agree to:
  • To participate fully in sessions and audio sessions and to be responsible for your choices.
  • To seek medical advice where needed and communicate with relevant professionals.
  • The therapist has fully explained the process and procedures.​​
  • Please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cannot attend a session.​​
  • For online work, please organise a suitable space and broadband connection.​
As a therapist I will always:
  • Act in the best interest of the client and work to protect those interests.
  • Respect confidentiality (unless we believe a client or other may be harmed if information is not disclosed; or for NHS Track and Trace).
  • Maintain high standards of personal conduct and safety. ​
  • Keep professional knowledge and skills up to date and engage in regular supervision.
