Pets join in with therapy

I hope you are all managing to stay healthy and at home, as far as possible. I am very aware how difficult this corona-virus situation has been for many people. It continues to be challenging for many of us, in all sorts of ways. My thoughts are with you all.

There are some silver linings. I have been very heartened by the community response. As always, we are capable of great things when we want to, including great kindness, and personal sacrifice. Please be assured that I and my team at Newquay Hypnotherapy will do everything we can to support our clients, their families and the communities in which we live. ​Please let me know if there is anything at all we can do to help.

As you may have read, or assumed, all our appointments are now happening online, via video-call or phone. This is something we have always offered, it works very well and there are some benefits. You don't have to go anywhere, for example! All you need is an internet connection or phone line, and a comfy-ish chair.

​I am finding a surprising number of ​pets are also joining in with the therapy. As usual, they sometimes demand part of the attention, but overall I'd say they are net contributors!

I look forward to catching up with some of you. My thoughts are with you all and your families.
