This workshop explores the essential science of what happens when we sleep, how it works, and what we can do about it. And we must do something - our lives and businesses are too valuable. There is a huge opportunity to improve things, without the need for medication or complicated routines. We all know how to sleep and it's not something we consciously need to do. Quite the opposite! This workshop will help you access the subconscious tools you already have, to help you to get better sleep.
